Today we played "Revolver" in glorious mono, and then Bruce Springsteen "Live in Hyde Park" Blu-Ray.
A stunning disc in all respects...music, picture quality and sound quality. Even you don't like Bruce it's worth a look and listen, if only as an example of how to do a music DVD properly.


PS I hope i have as much energy as Springsteen when I'm 60.

Hi mike,

that's my 'favourite album' list... as some readers will know, I decided I should listen through every original album we have rather than just keep playing the same ones. Then I decided that in order that I would actually do it, I should try and put them in order (just for fun). I completed the exercise last year, but by the time I'd got through them all I decided I'd forgotten how I'd decided how much I liked the first ones I'd listened to, so I started again a bit morte systematically So I started at what used to be the top and am working down again, which is why the numbers are getting bigger (although I'm doing the last few hundred alphabetically).

But glad you asked... if anyone else fancies giving themselves a challenge I'd love to see what other people do/don't like! I did publish my old top 100 on the old BS site - perhaps I will do again one day.
