Well, the dust has settled and I have caught up today on some badly needed sleep after seeing Porcupine Tree last night. PT are brilliant anywhere but to watch a band that I first saw at the Boardwalk in Sheffield in front of less than 200 people step out into a sold out RAH was amazing. We are all familiar with the place from tv but that does not do justice to the vista that greets you as you step into the auditorium which is breathtaking.
Put simply, my favourite gig this year.
Did anyone else out there have the same experience?
